Client Relationship Manager (Commercial Insurance) Belfast Full-Time Permanent 35,000 - 40,000 + Bonus + Career Progression We are recruiting a Client Relationship Manager to join a growing and professional commercial insurance team based in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in commercial insurance, account management, sales, or client relationship management who enjoys building strong client relationships and developing new business opportunities. The Role Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers Handle new business enquiries, renewals, and mid-term adjustments Assess client requirements and provide suitable insurance solutions Support clients throughout the claims process Identify opportunities to generate new business and grow existing accounts Negotiate terms to retain and develop business relationships Ensure accurate record keeping and maintain compliance standards What We''re Looking For Previous experience within commercial insurance, account handling, or a client-facing insurance role Strong relationship-building and communication skills Commercially minded with good negotiation abilities Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities A proactive approach to delivering outstanding customer service Experience within a Commercial Insurance Broker environment is highly desirable What''s On Offer ..... full job details .....
