Responsibilities

Take full autonomy in managing, mentoring, and growing a team of high-performing Account Executives.

Lead by example - maintaining a visible, proactive presence with clients and within the team.

Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the commercial portfolio.

Work collaboratively with senior leadership to shape the long-term direction of the business.

Qualifications

Proven track record in a senior commercial insurance role (within a broking environment).

Strong leadership skills with experience managing and growing teams.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking.
