You must be canine friendly as the company have an office dog present. For the role of Insurance and Claims Handler, you will be responsible for dealing with new business and existing customer calls, mid term adjustments, renewals and retention, claims, system updates and related administration. To be considered for the Insurance and Claims Handler position, you will ideally have experience of commercial insurance although my client is open to considering personal insurance experience too.
