COMMERCIAL INSURANCE ADVISOR BASIC SALARY + UNCAPPED COMMISSION (OTE 50,000+) TAMWORTH + HYBRID WORKING AVAILABLEAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Insurance Adviser to join a growing and high-performing financial services team. This role is ideal for a motivated, customer-focused professional who thrives in a sales environment but prefers warm leads. You will provide expert advice on insurance and protection products including life insurance, critical illness and property protection as well as commercial combined insurance products to existing clients.THE ROLE:Contact prospective clients using the company CRM database via telephoneConduct detailed fact-finds to understand clients'' needs and recommend suitable protection solutionsProvide advice on life insurance, critical illness and property protection productsExplain policy features and benefits clearly to customersNegotiate policy terms and premiums with insurers where appropriateManage applications, maintain accurate client records and complete sales administrationWork towards agreed KPIs and sales targetsCollaborate with mortgage advisers to support clients through the home buying processProvide excellent ongoing customer serviceTHE PERSON:Experience in Commercial Insurance and Cert CII qualified (essential)Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets / KPIsPrevious outbound calling experienceConfident communicator with strong relationship-building skillsWell organised with the ability ..... full job details .....
