Commercial Insurance Account Handler

A Commercial Insurance Account Manager is required to manages a portfolio of commercial insurance clients. This full-time role is based in the Halifax area, where you will our customers primary point of contact for policy needs, renewals. This role is focused on retention and long-term partnerships, growing and developing key accounts. You will also support new customer enquiries. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management, Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their main contact for queries, negotiations, and renewals. Portfolio Management, oversee a book of client accounts, ensuring client needs are met and in their best interest. Continually creating new opportunities through networking and ensuring full management of new enquiries. Assist with processing new insurance policies, making modifications to existing ones, and providing support during the claims handling process.
