They are looking for a Commercial Account Handler to join their Newmarket office, offering a varied role alongside experienced insurance professionals and financial support towards professional qualifications.The opportunityWorking closely with Client Executives, you ll help commercial clients secure suitable cover across a range of insurance products. You ll be involved throughout the policy lifecycle, using your technical knowledge and insurer relationships to deliver practical advice and a high standard of service.Your responsibilities will include:Handling renewals, new business and mid-term adjustments.Negotiating with insurers to obtain appropriate cover and competitive terms.Supporting Client Executives in understanding client requirements, including attending meetings where needed.Maintaining accurate electronic records and managing diaries and outstanding actions.Keeping your knowledge of insurance products and market developments up to date.The role is based in Newmarket, with occasional travel to Norwich potentially required.
