Managing full lifecycle client accounts across a broad range of commercial risks, this role offers excellent exposure, strong professional support, and a competitive flex-benefits package.Key ResponsibilitiesFull Lifecycle Account Management: Manage cross-class commercial client accounts from onboarding to renewal.Broking and Renewals: Prepare comprehensive renewal documentation, market risks to insurers, negotiate favorable terms, and handle mid-term adjustments (MTAs).New Business and Retention: Assist with new business quotes, client presentations, and proactive cross-selling to ensure high client retention rates.Diverse Product Lines: Handle complex commercial policies including Commercial Combined, Public/Employers'' Liability, Motor Fleet, and Financial Lines (DandO, PI).Candidate RequirementsExperience: Proven track record in a Commercial Insurance Account Handling role within a broker setting is essential.Product Knowledge: Strong familiarity with cross-class commercial insurance (Combined, Liability, Fleet, and Financial Lines).Communication: Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.Qualifications: Cert CII or working ..... full job details .....
