We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join our growing team . Working in a hybrid environment, you will act as the key contact for a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, delivering exceptional service from day-to-day policy administration right through to renewals, adjustments, and remarketing. Key Responsibilities Client Portfolio Management: Manage end-to-end account administration for mid-market and commercial clients across various industry sectors. Renewals and Adjustments: Process renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), new business quotes, and cancellations efficiently. Market Negotiation: Negotiate competitive terms with leading insurers and underwriters for tailored coverage solutions. Broking and Advisory: Provide knowledgeable advice across core commercial lines to ensure comprehensive client coverage. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, Account Executives, and insurer partners.
