Commercial Insurance Account Executive - Brentwood, Essex Salary to c60 - 65k Negotiable DOE and Flex Benefits Due to year on Year Growth the Business now is now looking for an Account Executive to take over some Existing Business, Broke Risks to the Market and Develop New Business from Opportunities which will come into the Brokerage and also your own new business pipeline- This is a Full 360 Broking role where you will Be client facing when required and meeting Insurers/carriers to discuss Risks in your BookOverview of the Position :-Key responsibilities:Overview of the position The role will consist of Servicing / Developing Accounts with premiums in excess of £10,000 in premium across all classes of Commercial Insurance from our existing client base Our client is looking for a candidate who has the following: -At Least 5- 10 Years Commercial insurance Experience is Essential with Sales Experience Excellent negotiation skills with Insurers and prospectsA desire to develop new businessAn Ability to meet and exceed targets and KPIExcellent knowledge of the Insurance Market and its trendsCII or progress towards is desirable SkillsCommercial General Insurance experience within either a Broker or Insurer Environment Capability and experience to deal with significant Commercial Insurance ClientsExcellent face to face and telephone communication skills to enhance customer relationshipConfidence in negotiation -tackling and addressing Insurer objections and achieve the best ..... full job details .....
