The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day delivery of commercial heating service, maintenance and reactive works, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, compliance, and operational performance. I would also be interested in senior commercial gas engineers looking to take the step up.You will lead a team of engineers, coordinate service delivery, manage client relationships and drive business performance across multiple commercial contracts.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operations of the commercial heating service department.Lead, motivate and support a team of commercial gas and heating engineers.Plan and coordinate scheduled maintenance, servicing and reactive breakdown works.Ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with industry regulations and company standards.Monitor engineer productivity, Utilisation and performance.Conduct regular toolbox talks, performance reviews and technical support sessions.EssentialPrevious experience managing ..... full job details .....
