Competitive Salary Overtime and Oncall available Training courses Career development Self employed or PAYE options Commercial Heating Engineer The sucessful candidate will be a skilled, qualified and reliable Commercial Heating Engineer and will initially work across 3 sites in West London. These will include hospital environments so experience within the sector would be an advantage The ideal heating engineer will have experience in maintaining, repairing and installing Low Temperature Hot Water, Medium Temperature Hot Water and Steam Systems. Heating Engineer Key Responsibilities Monthly PPM and reactive visits relating to plant; Heating and Hot water Calorifiers, Plate Heat Exchangers. Removing bundles from calorifiers to allow inspection/ de-scaling. Upgrading system components; gauges, safety valves etc. Replacement of key system components on various system; Pumps, motorised valves, modulators, slam shuts, plate packs.
