The Commercial Heating Engineer responsibilities include:Servicing and maintaining commercial gas boilers and heating systemsCarrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)Diagnosing heating faults and completing repairsResponding to reactive breakdowns and emergency calloutsInspecting and maintaining commercial plant roomsServicing pumps, pressurisation units, expansion vessels and associated equipmentDiagnosing circulation, pressure and temperature problemsFault finding on heating controls, valves and distribution systemsIdentifying and completing remedial worksUndertaking heating system upgrades and minor installation worksCompleting accurate service reports, maintenance records and compliance documentationWorking safely and in accordance with relevant regulationsDelivering professional, helpful customer serviceThe Commercial Heating Engineer will need:Proven experience in commercial heating servicing, maintenance and repairStrong fault finding and diagnostic abilityCurrent relevant commercial gas qualifications and Gas Safe competenciesExperience maintaining ..... full job details .....
