Commercial Head of Operations

Chase Taylor Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading commercial glazing specialist for an experienced Commercial Head of Operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused operations leader to join a successful and growing business, taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the commercial operations function. Reporting into senior leadership, you will oversee project delivery, manage operational teams, drive continuous improvement, and play a key role in developing new business opportunities and supporting the company''s continued growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the commercial operations team across multiple projects. Oversee projects from contract award through to completion. Manage and support Contracts Managers, Project Managers, Surveyors, and Installation teams. Ensure projects are delivered on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Drive operational performance, efficiency, and profitability. Seek out new business opportunities to support the continued growth of the business. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders. Conduct sales surveys for refurbishment and commercial glazing projects, identifying customer requirements and opportunities. Work closely with estimating, commercial, procurement, manufacturing, installation, and design teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
