The role combines commercial gas maintenance with wider HVAC and mechanical building services, providing a varied workload across a long-term portfolio of sites. The basic salary is 46,121.73, with a 2,535 annual standby payment, giving a package of 48,656 before overtime. With paid travel time, regular overtime and call-out opportunities, engineers can realistically earn 60,000+. The Role As a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer, you''ll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial properties throughout Birmingham, Telford, Shrewsbury and Stafford. You''ll carry out servicing, fault finding and repairs on commercial gas and heating systems, alongside associated HVAC and mechanical plant.
