Commercial Gas Engineer / HVAC Engineer Birmingham, Telford, Shrewsbury, Stafford and Leominster Mobile 46,121.73 Basic Salary + 2,535 Standby 48,656.73 Total Salary 2,000 Joining Bonus OTE 60,000+ Permanent Full Time 45 Hours Per Week Company Vehicle Paid Travel Time 33 Days Holiday A Commercial Gas Engineer is required to join an established facilities management business, covering commercial sites across Birmingham, Telford, Shrewsbury, Stafford, Leominster and the surrounding areas. This is a mobile role working across a long-term retail contract, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial gas, heating, HVAC and mechanical building services equipment. The basic salary is 46,121.73, with a 2,535 annual standby payment taking the package to 48,656.73 before overtime. There is also a 2,000 joining bonus, subject to terms and conditions, with overtime, standby and call-out opportunities providing realistic earnings of 60,000+. The Role As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you''ll be responsible for maintaining a range of commercial heating and HVAC equipment across multiple retail sites. The role will include PPM, reactive maintenance, fault finding and repairs, with a good mix of commercial gas and wider mechanical plant. You''ll manage your own workload across the allocated area, dealing directly with site teams and customers while ensuring maintenance is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard.
