The successful candidate will be tasked with carrying out the installation, servicing, maintenance, fault finding and repair of commercial gas-fired heating and hot water systems across a range of commercial, industrial and public sector properties. All works are completed safely, efficiently and in compliance with current legislation, industry standards and company procedure.The work will be covering 3 large MOD sites in Warwickshire. Responsiblities include:Service, maintain and repair a wide range of commercial gas appliances and heating systems.Diagnose and rectify faults on commercial boilers, warm air heaters, water heaters and associated controls.Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance works.Complete gas safety inspections and issue relevant certification.Install and commission commercial gas appliances and associated pipework systems.Carry out combustion analysis and system performance checks.Ensure compliance with Gas Safety Regulations, Health and Safety legislation and company policies....
