Commercial Gas Engineer Birmingham £45,000 - £48,000 basic, overtime available Are you a qualified Commercial Gas Engineer looking to join a growing company that truly values and supports its staff? This company specialises in Service, Maintenance, and Minor Works within the Facilities Management sector, covering Mechanical Engineering, Commercial Gas, and HVAC across a range of buildings, including office spaces and student accommodations. Due to an engineer retiring and continued contract growth, they are now looking for a Commercial Gas Engineer to carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and repairs across commercial sites in the Midlands. Key Responsibilities: Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on Commercial/Industrial boilers. Conduct inspections and gas safety checks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and problem-solving approach. Cover a variety of commercial sites, including Student Accommodation, MOD sites, Offices, and Retail clients. Planned and Reactive Maintenance to Plumbing and heating systems on site. Requirements: Commercial Gas qualifications (COCN1 or CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1A) Domestic Gas - Desirable At least 1 year of experience in Commercial Gas and Commercial Plumbing Benefits Package: Competitive salary (£45,000- £48,000) Overtime available Company vehicle and tools provided 23 days holiday + bank holidays ..... full job details .....
