Commercial Gas Engineer - Static Site

Position: Commercial Gas Engineer (static role)
Location: Cambridge
Salary: -42,500 - -50,000

Commercial Gas Engineer required for our client, a Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning specialist. They are seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer, to work on a large, static site in the Cambridge area.

The Commercial Gas Service Engineer will be tasked with the service, maintenance and repair of commercial natural gas boilers and appliances, alongside associated plant. This will be working on a large static site covering numerous buildings, within the grounds. Due to the aging heating infrastructure, breakdowns on site can be common, so this role would suit an experienced engineer with strong fault-finding/ diagnostic abilities. It would be highly advantageous for the engineer to hold their OFTEC qualifications, due to a number of oil fired boilers being on site.

The Commercial Gas Engineer will be required to hold in date Commercial ACS Gas Tickets (COCN1 or CODNCO1, CORT1, CIGA1, ICPN1 etc).

• Commercial Gas Qualifications
• Strong fault-finding / repairs skills, working on commercial heating systems
• Full UK driving licence
• Based within commutable distance of Cambridge

Commercial Gas Engineer Position Remuneration

• Salary -42,5000 - -47,500
• 40 hour week plus overtime
• Travel pay after 30 mins - if based further from the static site
• Company van + fuel card
• Overtime paid 1.5x
• 22 days holiday + BH
• Call Out 1-8 weeks
• Uniform, Tools, Phone, PDA
