We are looking for a Commercial Gas Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. The Commercial Gas Engineer, will be responsible for: Maintain and repair all operational equipment within high street retail stores in Manchester Deliver the highest level of service for the client, answering queries and keeping them informed of site activities Oversee planned PPM and compliance works Assist contractors and sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time Effectively prioritise your own workload whilst assisting other engineers/staff with their duties as required Adopt a flexible, proactive and positive approach to work and working hours To be successful for this Commercial Gas Engineer role you must have: Qualified at a City and Guilds level 2/3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration/HVAC, along with Commercial Gas tickets with experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment Good understanding of current Health and Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance and ability to apply ..... full job details .....
