This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified engineer with strong commercial experience to work across a varied portfolio of sites, including- hospitals, shopping centres and other large commercial properties . The role will involve a mixture of- service, maintenance, fault finding, repairs, installations and PPMs , as well as supporting small works and projects valued up to- -2 million . Key Responsibilities Service, maintain and repair commercial gas and heating systems. Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works. Diagnose and rectify faults on commercial heating equipment. Complete commercial gas installations and small works. Work across a variety of commercial sites, including hospitals and shopping centres. Complete required paperwork and compliance documentation.
