Key duties include: Diagnostic, servicing, maintenance, and breakdown repair of commercial plant and HVAC systems Working on boilers, pumps, valves, AHUs, fan coils, burners, pipework, and controls Fault finding and achieving first-time fixes where possible Completing digital job reports and compliance paperwork Working across multiple sites and participating in an on-call rota An Enhanced DBS check is required .
