      <description>Location: Blackburn | Salary: &amp;pound;38000 - &amp;pound;45000/annum vehicle, holidays, phone | Type: Permanent | Commercial Gas Engineer    £38k-£45k doe    About us   Established in 1999, my client are an expanding commercial and industrial building services and maintenance company with a group turnover approaching £11 million.  With over 50 employees, secured framework contracts and continued growth, they are now in a position where we find ourselves requiring an additional Commercial Gas Engineer with experience and relevant qualifications covering Lancashire and Greater Manchester areas.   About You   	 Experience conducting diagnostic, service and maintenance.  Basic installations to commercial plant, HVAC and mechanical building services. 	 Able to carry out fault finding and repair of commercial plant room equipment, i.e.boilers, pumps, valves, vessels etc. 	 Conduct gas servicing in accordance with manufacturers/industry guidelines. 	 Proficient with boilers, pumps, valves AHU’S, fan coils, pipework, burners, controls etc. 	 Achieve first-time fix targets and minimise return visits 	 Complete digital job reports and compliance documentation 	 Oil qualification (OFTEC) would be desirable but not essential 	 LPG qualification would be desirable but not essential 	 Ground/Air source heat...</description>
