Job Title: Commercial Gas EngineerLocation: HastingsPay Range/details: £45,000 per annum Contract Type: Permanent Omega are supporting a leading facilities management provider in the recruitment of a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer (HVAC) for an exciting opportunity to work with Morrisons, one of the UK''s major supermarket chains. This role offers the chance to join a well-established, nationally operating FM company, delivering essential planned and reactive maintenance across multiple Morrisons retail sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of commercial heating systems and air conditioning units, while ensuring a high standard of service through regular site visits, PPMs, and minor reactive works as requested by the client. Key Responsibilities - Commercial Gas Engineer Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across a number of sites.?Service and repair a range of mechanical equipment, e.g. boilers, fans, pumps, AHU''s, FCU''s.Carry out minor alterations and installations within the individual''s technical competence in accordance with current specifications.Order spares to the laid-down procedures.Identify non-repairable faults in plant and machinery and promptly advise the HVAC supervisor of findings, with recommendations regarding suitable replacement.
