Commercial Gas Engineer

Your new company We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Permanent Full-Time Commercial Gas Engineer covering sites throughout the Strabane and Derry/Londonderry areas. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established facilities management and building services team responsible for the servicing, maintenance, repair, and installation of commercial gas systems across a varied portfolio of properties.The successful candidate will be a motivated and experienced Commercial Gas Engineer with strong fault-finding abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality maintenance services while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.Your new role Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on commercial gas systems and heating equipment.Service, maintain, diagnose, and repair commercial boilers, burners, and associated plant.Attend reactive maintenance call-outs and complete repairs within agreed timeframes.Carry out fault-finding and system diagnostics on commercial heating installations.Complete gas safety inspections and testing in accordance with current regulations.Undertake minor installations, upgrades, and replacement works where required.Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and company procedures.Complete all reports, work sheets, and certification accurately.Liaise with clients, site managers, and end users in a professional manner.Participate in on-call and overtime rota when required.What you''ll ..... full job details .....
