You will also be responsible for fault finding, repairs and installation works, with an out-of-hours callout rota as part of the position.   The Role: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on commercial gas, heating and HVAC systems. Fault find and diagnose issues across commercial combustion and heating systems. Complete repairs, installations and replacement works to gas and heating systems. Undertake general building services maintenance, including mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and fabric works where required. Respond to out-of-hours callouts as part of an approximately 1-in-12 rota.
