The Commercial Gas Engineer responsibilities: Servicing and maintaining commercial gas boilers and heating systemsCarrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)Diagnosing faults and completing repairsResponding to reactive breakdowns and emergency calloutsInspecting and maintaining commercial plant roomsWorking on pumps, pressurisation units, expansion vessels and associated equipmentFault finding on heating controls, valves and distribution systemsIdentifying and completing remedial worksUndertaking heating system upgrades and minor installation worksCompleting accurate service reports, maintenance records and compliance documentationWorking safely and in accordance with relevant regulationsDelivering professional, helpful customer service The Commercial Gas Engineer will need: Proven commercial heating service and maintenance experienceStrong fault finding and diagnostic abilityCurrent Commercial Gas Safe qualifications (or working towards)Experience maintaining complete commercial heating systemsGood understanding of pumps, valves, controls and plant room equipmentKnowledge of ..... full job details .....
