Job Specification Commercial Gas Engineer / Van and fuel card provided £50,000 - £58,000 Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and reliable Commercial Gas Engineer to join a growing team, carrying out servicing, installations, maintenance and breakdown repairs across a varied portfolio of government buildings, schools and residential properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring heating and gas systems operate safely, efficiently and in accordance with current industry regulations. This role will involve planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and installation works, delivering a high standard of service across multiple sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified engineer looking for a varied role with consistent work across a range of commercial environments across London and home counties. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned servicing and preventative maintenance on commercial and domestic gas heating systems. Diagnose and repair faults, responding to breakdowns and restoring systems to safe working order. Install, commission and test commercial heating systems, boilers and associated equipment. Undertake maintenance and repair work across government buildings, schools and residential properties. Complete gas safety checks, inspections and relevant certification.
