As a Commercial Gas Engineer / Commercial Plumbing Engineer your responsibilities will include: Respond to reactive maintenance gas and plumbing service calls Carry out planned preventative maintenance on commercial plumbing and mechanical systems. Diagnose faults and undertake repairs to water services, pipework, sanitary ware, drainage systems and associated plant. Install and replace commercial plumbing systems and components. Carry out repairs to hot and cold-water systems, booster sets, expansion vessels, thermostatic mixing valves (TMVs), pumps and associated equipment.
