£45,000 Basic + £450 Monthly Call-Out Retainer (1 in 6) + door to door pay with OTE: £70,000–£80,000+ per annum + Company van and fuel card + annual leave + pension + MORE!

An established and highly respected building services contractor is looking to expand its Commercial Gas team due to continued growth across its long-term maintenance frameworks.

The role 

• Service, maintenance and fault finding on commercial gas and burner equipment
• Planned and reactive maintenance across social housing and building services contracts
• Covering South London and the Home Counties
• Participation in a 1-in-6 call-out rota
• Delivering high standards of workmanship, safety and customer service

Requirements

• Commercial Gas ACS qualifications (COCN1/CODNCO1, CIGA1 and relevant commercial modules)
• Proven experience servicing and fault-finding on commercial boilers and burners
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Previous experience within social housing, facilities management or building services is advantageous
