This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified commercial gas engineer looking for a long-term position with a reputable employer, working across a varied portfolio of commercial properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, servicing, fault finding and installation works on commercial gas and heating systems. The role will involve working directly with customers and site teams, so a professional approach and strong communication skills are essential. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on commercial gas and heating systems. Service, inspect and repair commercial boilers, burners and associated plant. Diagnose faults and identify appropriate solutions efficiently and safely. Carry out commercial gas installations and replacement works where required. Work on a range of commercial heating and plant-room equipment. Complete gas safety checks, testing and commissioning in accordance with current legislation and manufacturer requirements. Maintain accurate service reports, job sheets and documentation.
