The Commercial Gas Engineer is responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient maintenance, repair, fault diagnosis, and optimisation of commercial gas and associated mechanical systems within older and technically complex buildings across PPM, remedial and reactive works.

Operating as part of the Onsite Services team, the role requires a high level of technical competence, particularly within ageing infrastructure, legacy plant, and systems where technical documentation may be limited or equipment may be beyond original design life.

They will provide consistent, reliable operational delivery that meets safety, compliance, and quality standards while contributing to the productivity and reputation of the Business.

Engineers are expected to work without day-to-day supervision, managing their workload professionally, communicating clearly with the office, and consistently completing jobs to the correct standard prioritising first time fix.

They will proactively support asset reliability, compliance, lifecycle planning, and energy efficiency improvements whilst delivering a premium service experience for the client.
