Commercial FPandA Analyst Greater Manchester Area We''re working with a successful and growing business as they look to appoint a Commercial FPandA Analyst into their finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career and gain greater exposure to the commercial side of finance. The role is far more than traditional reporting. You''ll work closely with the FPandA Manager, as well as teams across the wider business using financial and operational data to understand performance, identify trends and support better commercial decision-making. It''s an ideal role for someone who enjoys working with data and Excel but also wants to understand the "why" behind the numbers and have a genuine influence on the wider business. Key Responsibilities Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement. Work closely with the wider business and non-finance stakeholders to understand business performance and provide financial insight. Use Excel extensively to analyse large datasets and produce meaningful commercial analysis. Support budgeting, forecasting and wider FPandA activity. Investigate variances and understand the key drivers behind financial and operational performance. Present findings and insights to finance and non-finance stakeholders in a clear and commercially focused way.
