Commercial Fire Sprinkler Estimator or Designer London

Overview

You will be in the position of Senior Sprinkler System Estimator (Commercial).You will review and understand the technical requirements of projects. Responsibilities include preparing cost estimates and proposals tailored to each project, measuring and quantifying sprinkler heads, pipework, and related components, carrying out site surveys as required, costing and assessing values of contracts, sending enquiries to Supply Chain, preparing tender documentation, presentations and submittals, and mentoring department trainees. You should be familiar with basic LPCB regulations. This role may include managerial responsibilities if desired and if you have the relevant level of experience. This can be a hybrid role but would require the successful Senior Estimator to attend the office at least 4 days a week (to discuss). The office is based in Crawley, West Sussex.Responsibilities

Previous experience within the construction industry with basic knowledge of MEP services.Have been a Senior Sprinkler System Estimator, Sprinkler Installation Estimating Engineer, or a similar position.At least 5 years of experience working on commercial sprinkler projects.LPCB qualifications would be highly beneficial.Proficiency with CAD software is highly preferable.Familiarity with BS EN 12845 is ..... full job details .....
