Commercial Financial Controller - Manufacturing£70,000 - £75,000, Plus excellent bonus and benefits Leeds permanent - Hybrid and flexible working Robert Half Accountancy and Finance are partnering with a forward thinking manufacturing business in Leeds to recruit a commercially focused Financial Controller. As part of a highly successful global group, this is a key leadership role with full ownership of the UK PandL. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving UK performance, delivering robust financial control, and providing meaningful commercial insight to influence decision-making across the business.Key responsibilities:Full ownership of the PandL, balance sheet and cash flowLead monthly management accounts, reporting and variance analysisManage budgeting, forecasting and financial planningPartner with operational leaders to drive cost control and margin improvementMonitor manufacturing performance, inventory and operational KPIsEnsure strong financial controls, compliance and audit readinessLead and develop the finance teamSupport strategic decision-making with clear financial insightAbout you:Qualified accountant (ACA,ACCA or CIMA) Previous experience as a Commercial Financial Controller or in a similar role Strong commercial and operational finance experience within Manufacturing Proven experience with full PandL responsibilityStrong leadership, reporting and business partnering skillsWhat''s on offer:£70,000 - £75,000 basic salary Excellent bonus ..... full job details .....
