Now part of a larger private equity-backed group, the company is entering a fast-paced period of change and growth, making this an excellent move for an ambitious finance professional who enjoys combining strong financial control with commercial involvement.What will the Commercial Financial Controller role involve?Leading the day-to-day finance function for a £40m turnover business Taking ownership of the month-end close process and ensuring accurate, timely reporting Producing and reviewing profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow reporting Overseeing VAT, statutory accounts, year-end audit and wider financial compliance requirements Supporting budgeting, forecasting and ongoing financial planning activity Providing robust financial insight to support operational and commercial decision-making Working closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-moving, private equity-backed environment Driving improvements in financial processes, controls and reporting through SAP Suitable Candidate for the Commercial Financial Controller vacancy:Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA Proven experience in a hands-on Financial Controller or senior finance role Commercially minded with the appetite to learn, grow and add value beyond ..... full job details .....
