Leading the budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning.Delivering insightful financial analysis to enable timely, data-driven decision-making.Partnering with the MD, Centre Managers, and wider teams to provide commercial and analytical support.Supporting refinancing and restructuring initiatives as the business evolves.Collaborating with business partners on function-specific analysis and strategic projects.What you\''ll need to succeed

You’ll be a commercially minded accountant with strong technical foundations, ideally qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or QBE.Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.The ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders and non-finance teams.A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for adding value in a fast-paced environment.What you\''ll get in return
