Commercial Finance Manager

We’re working with a global business to recruit a Commercial Finance Manager into their international finance team based in Leeds. As the firm continues to grow, this role will support global operational leadership, driving performance and helping shape strategic direction across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Business partner with global operations teams to provide insight and financial challenge

Lead monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes

Deliver clear and actionable financial analysis to senior stakeholders

Improve reporting processes and drive automation initiatives

Prepare board-level reports and presentations

Manage and mentor a Commercial Finance Analyst

Support strategic projects with financial modelling and analysis

Ideally you will be able to demonstrate the below qualifications/experience:

ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with strong commercial finance experience

Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Experience in a partnership or international environment (preferred)

Proactive mindset and a continuous improvement approach
