to help lead the charge.The OpportunityWe’re looking for a sharp, commercially minded finance professional with strong technical grounding and the ability to think strategically across the business. You’ll work closely with founders and department heads, translating data into insight, enabling smart decision-making, and building scalable finance infrastructure. This is an ideal role for someone who combines financial control and FPandA experience with a hands-on, business-partnering mindset. If you’re comfortable moving between financial reporting, margin analysis, and big-picture strategy - you’ll thrive here.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Finance and Business PartneringPartner with sales, marketing, and ops teams to drive financial insight and performanceDevelop commercial models to support pricing, product launches, partnerships, and expansionOwn KPIs and performance dashboards across key business functionsSupport budget planning, annual strategy cycles, and investment appraisalsProduce monthly management reports, board packs, and ad hoc performance analysisAnalyse gross margin, profitability by channel/customer, and core cost driversProvide clear, actionable insights to improve commercial outcomesMaintain dynamic financial models and cash flow forecastsMonitor actuals vs forecast and flag risks, variances, and opportunitiesSupport scenario modelling and long-term business planningOversee day-to-day financial control alongside our Junior Finance ManagerEnsure accurate month-end processes, supplier payments, and cashflow managementLead continuous improvement of finance systems, tools, and processesYou’ll Need5+ years’ experience in finance, including roles in FPandA, financial control, or commercial financeStrong financial modelling and forecasting skillsExperience preparing management reports and analysing business performanceComfortable advising senior stakeholders and influencing decisions with dataHighly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and financial software (e.g. Xero, Pleo)Organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressureUK right to workBackground in FMCG, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer brandsExperience with stock, supply chain, or retail channel financeExposure to budgeting tools, dashboarding platforms, or investor reportingThe Ideal CandidateA confident communicator and natural business partnerCommercially aware and curious, with strong attention to detailHighly organised and proactive - you anticipate needs before they ariseComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentPassionate about consumer products, health, and scaling something meaningfulWhat We OfferCompetitive salary + EMI equity options (real upside in a fast-scaling brand)All the matcha you can drinkWork with inspiring, high-performing teams - including Steven Bartlett’s Flight StoryHuge opportunity for impact, ownership, and growthFor further details on the role, please reach out People and Culture Manager - Ella:
