Commercial Finance Manager - Network Ops

We are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to act as a strategic link between Finance and Network Operations within a large recruitment business.This highly visible role will partner with multiple stakeholders across sales teams and central support functions, using financial and non-financial data to provide insight, challenge performance, and drive operational excellence. The successful candidate will leverage current information and continuously develop new perspectives to support decision-making and business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the link between Finance and Operations, translating financial data into clear insights that support decision-making.Deliver analysis using financial and operational metrics to identify profitability drivers and performance improvements.Partner with stakeholders across the business, influencing decisions and providing constructive challenge.Produce management reporting, performance packs, and variance analysis, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.Support commercial activities including pricing, contract negotiations, and client profitability analysis.Ensure data accuracy, analyse trends, and highlight risks and opportunities.Develop KPI dashboards and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance.Drive continuous improvements in reporting, processes, and analytical insight.Support month-end close, ensuring timely and accurate financial outputs.Skills and Experience RequiredIdeally a fully ..... full job details .....
