Commercial Finance Manager

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a growing Swindon based business with a turnover of c£300m, to recruit a Commercial Finance Manager. The Role Reporting to the Head of Finance, this is a commercial role that will require you to partner closely with stakeholders across Marketing, E-Commerce and IT, and act as the bridge between the accounting function and key stakeholders. Responsibilities will include: Work closely with Marketing to evaluate effectiveness and ROI Weekly forecasting, tracking and reforecasting of performance Work with key stakeholders to review and challenge PandL performance Understand business drivers and KPIs and drive improvements Deliver insightful performance analysis Undertake financial reviews and provide commercial decision support The Person To be considered for this role, you will need to be a Qualified Accountant with excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills. You will need previous experience of commercial finance or FPandA roles, and will be comfortable partnering with non finance stakeholders and using data reporting systems.
