Commercial Finance ManagerCrawley/ Hybrid workingUp to £80,000 + benefitsGrafton Banks Finance is working with a PE backed business, based in Crawley, to recruit a new Commercial Finance Manager.This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business in an expanding sector. To further strengthen the business and team, the company is now looking to appoint a Commercial Finance Manager to partner Operations Directors, driving strategy and growth, and to leads the businesses FPandA. We are looking for a qualified accountant with strong Finance Business Partnering and FPandA experience. Experience in PE backed businesses and an SME environment will be important, as will strong financial modelling skills. Key tasks:Business partner to Operational Directors helping to drive commercial projects and business growth. To have full ownership of the strategic planning forecasting model.To own and run the annual budgeting process.Ownership of model development and accuracy.Support the execution of inorganic growth strategies (incl MandA and new site expansion).Work with the Directors evaluate new opportunities.Manage internal work streams during MandA processes.Confident communication skills and a proactive attitude will be essential for success in this role. The role offers hybrid working with 3 days expected in the offices. Salary for the role is circa £80,000 + 10% bonus, Private Healthcare, and 27 days + bank holidays. ..... full job details .....
