A hands-on role combining management accounting, financial control, forecasting and commercial business partnering. Working closely with senior leadership to provide insight that supports growth, improves margins, controls costs and strengthens cash flow. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage monthly management accounts, PandL, balance sheet, cash flow and KPI reporting. Analyse revenue, gross profit, margins, costs and profitability, identifying trends and opportunities. Own rolling forecasts, budgets, cash flow projections and financial modelling. Provide commercial analysis to support pricing, growth and investment decisions. Partner with senior leadership and operational teams to improve profitability and business performance.
