Commercial Finance Manager

A Commercial Finance Manager is required to take ownership of financial performance across a large-scale facilities management contract in London. Working closely with operational and commercial leadership, you''ll provide financial insight, challenge performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and contract delivery. The Role As the Commercial Finance Manager, you''ll: Own financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting across a major FM contract. Partner with operational and commercial teams to improve financial performance and profitability. Analyse contract performance, including revenue, costs, margins and cash flow. Identify financial risks, commercial opportunities and areas for improvement. Support management accounts, financial reviews and regular reporting cycles. Provide financial challenge and recommendations to senior operational stakeholders. Maintain strong financial controls, governance and compliance across the contract. About You To be successful as the Commercial Finance Manager, you''ll have: Experience as a Commercial Finance Manager, Finance Business Partner or similar senior finance professional. Strong commercial acumen and the confidence to influence operational stakeholders. Proven financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting and analytical skills. Experience translating financial information for finance and non-finance stakeholders.
