This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to play a pivotal role in strategic planning, financial insight, and business partnering.The OpportunityAs Commercial Finance Manager, you will support the Managed Agent team with full FPandA responsibilities. You’ll be a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders, providing financial insight that drives performance, ensures robust financial control, and supports growth initiatives.You’ll gain broad exposure across the business, working closely with functions including Buying, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and third-party partners.Key Responsibilities
Build strong working relationships with both internal stakeholders and customers.Provide insightful analysis of monthly results, highlighting opportunities and risks.Deliver timely and actionable insight into operational performance, identifying trends and key challenges.Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategy.Present financial perspectives on business proposals, influencing key decisions.Lead regular finance reviews with senior stakeholders.Support continuous improvement in financial systems, reporting, and controls.Recruit, train, and develop finance team members to maximise performance.Partner with non-finance colleagues to drive operational and financial performance.Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring strong governance.What We’re Looking For
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).Commercially astute with strong analytical skills.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Advanced IT skills with an interest in new technologies.High integrity, resilience, and a proactive mindset.Ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge performance constructively.Adaptable, thrives in change and transformation.Experience with SAP or Power BI.Exposure to retail, logistics, or stock management.Prior experience in regulated industries.Why Apply?
