to join their Finance team.This is a pivotal role supporting both legal practice areas and business services teams. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, including partners and fee earners, to provide financial insight, challenge assumptions, and drive performance across the firm.About the Role

As a key member of the Commercial Finance team, you\''ll collaborate with the Head of Finance and a Commercial Finance Analyst to deliver high-impact financial analysis, performance reporting, and strategic support. You\''ll play a central role in enhancing profitability, rolling out pricing tools, and embedding a strong commercial mindset across the business.This is a front-facing role that blends deep financial analysis with stakeholder engagement. You\''ll be expected to interpret complex data, communicate key insights clearly, and influence decision-making at all levels.About You

5+ years\'' experience in a commercially focused finance role, ideally within legal or professional servicesAdvanced Excel skills, including financial modelling, pivot tables, and OLAP toolsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and key insightsExperience with reporting platforms and pricing tools is a plusExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholdersConfident, proactive, and comfortable challenging assumptions and influencing decisionsA collaborative team player who can also work independently and mentor othersProfessional, polished, and able to inspire confidence across all levels of the firmWhat they Offer
