Commercial Finance Manager

This role goes beyond traditional accounting responsibilities. We are looking for someone who can analyse business performance, identify opportunities to improve profitability, support key commercial decisions, and act as a trusted partner to the leadership team. The successful candidate will combine strong financial control with commercial awareness, helping to improve revenue, margins, cash generation, and operational performance. Analyse revenue, gross profit, margins, overheads, and profitability across the business. Monitor financial and operational KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Assess profitability by client, division, sector, and revenue stream. Provide commercial insight and challenge to support informed decision-making. Support initiatives aimed at increasing revenue, improving margins, and driving profitability.
