Benefits Competitive salary Hybrid working Company pension Ongoing training and development Exposure to senior leadership Clear progression opportunities Supportive team environment Key Responsibilities Produce monthly management accounts and commercial reporting Analyse profitability, margins, KPIs, and business performance Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models Provide insight to support strategic and commercial decisions Prepare board reporting packs and present findings to stakeholders Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital performance Oversee VAT returns, audits, and financial controls Improve reporting, systems, automation, and business processes Experience Required ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified/part-qualified Background in management accounting, commercial finance, or business partnering Strong forecasting, modelling, and analytical skills Ability to translate financial data into commercial recommendations Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Desirable Profitability and pricing analysis experience Exposure to finance, CRM, or timesheet systems Experience within a ..... full job details .....
