Job PurposeThe focus of this role will be to provide financial modelling and commercial support to enable the delivery of the significant new business pipeline.Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the commercial team to provide financial modelling and commercial analysis for our new business pipelineBuild relationships with key stakeholders across the businessFinancial modelling - conduct all types of financial analysis (Cash flow, PandL, NPV etc) to support real estate transactionsScenario analysis and sensitivity testing bespoke model in conjunction with commercial managers to advise our business development teams and clientsAdvise, challenge and influence on any areas requiring finance judgement or expertiseReview lease agreements to ensure the financial underwriting accurately reflects the commercial position of the real estate transactionsRequired Skills, Experience and Qualifications

A highly motivated, problem solver with excellent attention to detailAble to operate in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesExperience of pricing is required, supporting RFP''s and tenders from a commercial perspectiveBackground in outsourcing is desirableGreat initiative and a hands-on attitude - able to see issues as they arise and respond/escalate as neededCapacity to work to tight deadlines when requiredStrong analytical skills and mind-setEager to learn and absorb information from the team, process and contribute own viewpoint/opinionInformal, effective communications styleStrong Excel and other application skills, knowledge of Power BI an advantageQualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with experience in a commercial finance role (essential)Excellent working knowledge of Excel for financial analysis.Must be proficient with formulae such as Index Match, Sum ifs, and knowledge of PivotTables and have financial modelling experienceExperience of Power BI or Power Pivot would be usefulUsed to working in a multicurrency environmentUnderstands and can advise on the commercial implications of decisions/optionsKnowledge of lease accounting (IFRS16) and its commercial implications an advantageAbout the company
