Commercial Finance Lead

We are looking for a commercially minded finance professional to lead the commercial finance function across Holt Doctors and Agile Workforce. This is a highly autonomous, hands-on role, working directly with the CEO, Board and Senior Management Team to influence business performance, support strategic decisions and drive commercial improvements. The role would suit an ambitious finance professional looking to take the next step into a senior, independent position, or an experienced individual who enjoys ownership, wants to influence decisions and make a tangible difference to business performance. You will have significant responsibility and the freedom to challenge, recommend and implement improvements, supported by the wider nGAGE Group finance function. Commercial Finance and Business Partnering Lead the commercial finance function across all business areas, acting as the principal financial partner to the CEO and Directors. Oversee pricing, financial modelling and commercial evaluation of tenders, proposals, contracts and new business opportunities across all divisions. Analyse profitability by business line, client and contract, identifying opportunities to improve margins and performance. Provide financial insight, constructive challenge and recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions. Support business growth, new service development and investment decisions.
