Established HNW customer base Build a commercial finance division Uncapped commission Genuine progression opportunity If you''re an experienced Commercial Asset Finance Broker who wants to build rather than simply manage an existing pipeline, this Sutton Coldfield role offers the opportunity to develop commercial finance opportunities from an established base of business owners and HNW customers. You''ll have scope to influence the growth of a new commercial-finance division, with the autonomy to develop opportunities across asset finance, fleet, plant, machinery and business lending. Package and Benefits • £30,000-£35,000 per annum basic salary. • Uncapped commission with OTE £70,000-£75,000+ • Established customer base including business owners and HNW individuals. • Opportunity to progress into senior commercial finance and future team leadership.
